The main goal of (LexaTrade) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is to protect the interests of our clients and make sure their personal data is secure.
We keep and process information received from our customers using computers protected by advanced security systems.
We will not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for any reason without your consent, as provided for by the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement.
Your personal data will only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement. We extend these guiding principles to the staff of the Company as well: any employee may refuse to provide their personal data for work purposes. We protect the privacy of our staff in adherence to the law.
What personal data includes
The list of personal data that the Client can present to the Company in the course of filling in the forms and registering a personal account includes: full name, citizenship, date of birth, passport data, permanent address and contact details.
In order to complete transactions, such as making a deposit, withdrawing funds, the Client must present: their personal details, bank statements, credit card copies, and other pertinent documents.
Use of personal data by the Company
The company will use the data only in the case of:
- Customer ID
- processing of client operations
- informing the Client about new products and services provided by the Company
- providing other services to the Client
Information transfer to third parties
The company may transfer personal data of the Client, only to fulfill the conditions specified in the agreement including third parties. Such third parties include: affiliated companies, banks, auditors, payment agents and other agents of the Company. The company guarantees the confidentiality of third parties’ usage of Client’s personal data.
The company reserves the right to transfer personal information of the Client to third parties who are not trusted only upon official request issued by an authorized body.
Customer’s right to file a complaint
If the Client believes that her / his rights have been violated by the Company, he / she has the right to file a complaint with the regulatory authorities.
EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
When a Client registers an account or becomes a user of the services provided by the Company, he automatically consents the Company to process and use his personal data, according to the agreement provided herewith.
The period of validity of the permit starts from the moment of acceptance of the agreement and one year after the termination of the agreement between the Company and the Client.
